I have the clouds texture in Photoshop CS4, press in the arrow, on the menu select the option “texture fill” and enjoy with the clouds ;)

In CS4 you need to load the additional textures that came with the program. In the layers palate, click on ‘fx’ at the bottom of the dialogue box. Highlight and select ‘pattern overlay’. The layers style dialogue box opens, pattern overlay is checked and highlighted. In the pattern overlay dialogue box you’ll see blend mode, opacity, pattern and scale. There will be a fill in the pattern box. Next to the fill is an arrow. Click on the arrow–this is the pattern picker. The current pattern options display. If the cloud pattern is not there, click on the arrow to the left of the box. There should be a selection that reads ‘Texture Fill’. Highlight and click this option. Click ‘ok’ when the box comes up that says “replace current pattern with the pattern from texture fill”. The new patterns should appear. I believe the first thumbnail is the ‘clouds’ option that you all are looking for. I’m new to photoshop so if any of these steps is not 100% correct I apologize in advance.

Kaelyn’s post above is right on. I was unable to find more than the bubbles and the tricolor gizmo, don’t remember the name.

If you follow every step you will see the additional textures.

    Thanks Kaelyn.
