   I know that this video was made with another tool than Camtasia Studio. In Camtasia Studio you can use a Spotlight Callout, which creates a similar effect of dimming everything but the important focus – but the callout area is a rectangle and I know of no trick to make it round.
   Can you tell me please, which the name of this tool?
