I just created a wallpaper like that,but the problem is that the quality of the picture isn’t that good. What should I do that the quality stays 100% great?

Wind: Did you make your picture in the size of 600×500px?
If you are going to have a wallpaper, with HQ, you should check what’s your PC px-size is, like 800×600, 1280×800, and so on. Then make the photoshoplayer in that pixel-size, if you know what I mean, haha.
